If you or a loved one has Medicaid, it is possible that the trip could be covered. If you currently have been approved for HCBS (Home and Community Based Services) under Medicaid, please have your case manager reach out to us with a copy of your PAR so we can become your provider of choice.

 

We offer highly competitive contract pricing (from $27 one way for ambulatory patients and $58 one way for wheelchair patients*), so please inquire within for a quote on your trip. 

 

At this time we do not offer transportation to and from DIA.
